Responsibilities
- Sort, organize, and deliver mail/packages to residential and commercial addresses
- Operate delivery vehicles safely and efficiently while adhering to USPS regulations
- Maintain accurate delivery records and customer service interactions
- Work in diverse weather conditions and physical environments
- Provide exceptional customer service and resolve delivery inquiries
- Follow established delivery routes and time management protocols
- Safely handle mail weighing up to 70 pounds
Qualifications
- U.S. citizenship or permanent resident status required
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
- Ability to pass background check and pre-employment drug screen
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED accepted)
- Physical ability to lift 70 lbs and stand/walk for extended periods
- Strong time management and organizational skills
- Basic computer proficiency for tracking and reporting systems
- Flexibility to work varying shifts including weekends/holidays
