Responsibilities
- Process driver's licenses, vehicle registrations, and title transactions with accuracy
- Provide clear guidance on DMV regulations and documentation requirements
- Resolve customer inquiries efficiently using multi-channel support (in-person, phone, online)
- Maintain secure digital and physical records of all transactions
- Collaborate with team members to optimize service workflows
- Uphold strict confidentiality and compliance standards
- Support special DMV events and outreach programs
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Minimum 1 year customer service experience
- Proficiency with office software and transaction systems
- Excellent verbal communication and conflict resolution skills

- Valid California driver's license
- Bilingual (English/Spanish) preferred
- Ability to work rotating weekends
