Responsibilities
- Efficiently process driver's license renewals, vehicle registrations, and state ID applications
- Provide accurate information on DMV regulations, fees, and documentation requirements

Qualifications

- Minimum 1 year customer service experience in fast-paced environments
- Proficiency with computer systems and data entry (typing 40+ WPM)
- Strong communication skills in English (bilingual Spanish preferred)
- Ability to multitask and manage time-sensitive transactions
- Valid California driver's license with clean record
