Responsibilities
- Greet and welcome customers with a professional and friendly demeanor.
- Process vehicle registration, title transfers, and license renewals accurately and efficiently.
- Conduct vision and written knowledge tests for new drivers.
- Handle cash, credit, and check transactions with strict attention to detail and compliance.
- Resolve customer complaints and inquiries regarding DMV policies and procedures.
- Maintain accurate records of transactions and customer interactions in the database.
- Assist in maintaining a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED equivalent.
- Previous customer service experience in a government or high-volume service environment is highly preferred.
- Strong verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
- Basic computer proficiency and data entry skills.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and work in a fast-paced environment.
- Must be eligible to work in the United States.
- Pass a background check and drug screening.
