Responsibilities
- Process vehicle registrations, title transfers, and driver's license applications with 99% accuracy
- Resolve complex customer inquiries regarding DMV regulations, fees, and documentation requirements
- Utilize specialized DMV software to input and verify customer data efficiently
- Train and mentor new team members on departmental procedures and compliance standards

Qualifications
