- Provide courteous customer service while enforcing security regulations with professionalism
- Collaborate with law enforcement and airport personnel to resolve security incidents
- Adhere to all TSA Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and federal security guidelines
- Maintain vigilance for suspicious activities and report anomalies immediately
Qualifications
- U.S. citizenship required
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED)
- Ability to pass a thorough background check and drug screening
- Valid U.S. driver's license and reliable transportation
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 pounds
- Strong attention to detail and observational skills
- Basic computer proficiency for documentation systems
- Ability to work rotating shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays
