Responsibilities
- Process vehicle registrations, titles, and title transfers efficiently and accurately.
- Assist customers with driver’s license renewals, REAL ID applications, and written tests.
- Handle cash, check, and credit card transactions with strict adherence to security protocols.
- Resolve complex customer inquiries and complaints with patience and professionalism.
- Maintain accurate records and update customer information in the state database.
- Ensure the service counter area is organized, clean, and welcoming.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED equivalent required.
- Previous customer service experience in a high-volume environment is preferred.
- Basic computer literacy and ability to navigate state databases.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities.
- Must be able to pass a background check and drug screening.
