Responsibilities
- Process Transactions: Accurately handle vehicle registrations, title transfers, license renewals, and plate replacements.
- Customer Assistance: Resolve complex inquiries via phone and email, ensuring high customer satisfaction scores.
- Data Management: Maintain precise records in the state database, adhering to strict privacy and confidentiality protocols.
- Problem Solving: Identify and troubleshoot service issues to reduce wait times and improve efficiency.
- Compliance: Ensure all transactions comply with federal and state motor vehicle laws.
- Team Collaboration: Work closely with supervisors and backend processing teams to streamline operations.
Qualifications
- Education: High school diploma or GED equivalent required.
- Experience: Minimum of 1-2 years in customer service, government administration, or the automotive industry.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word) and ability to learn proprietary state software quickly.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a patient, professional demeanor.
- Attention to Detail: Ability to perform repetitive tasks with 100% accuracy under time constraints.
- Availability: Ability to work a hybrid schedule (3 days on-site, 2 days remote) as needed.
