Responsibilities
- Coordinate inter-agency disaster response operations during federal emergencies
- Manage logistics and resource deployment for crisis scenarios
- Develop emergency action plans and continuity of government protocols

- Train and supervise emergency response personnel across multiple jurisdictions
- Maintain real-time situational awareness through advanced monitoring systems
- Ensure compliance with National Incident Management System (NIMS) standards
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Emergency Management, Public Administration, or related field
- Minimum 3 years experience in federal/state emergency response coordination
- Active FEMA Professional Development Series (PDS) certification
- Incident Command System (ICS) 300/400 certifications required
- Valid U.S. government security clearance (Top Secret preferred)
- Proficiency in GIS mapping and emergency management software
- Demonstrated ability to work 24/7 during crisis deployments
- Strong written/verbal communication skills for high-stakes reporting
