Responsibilities
- Manage Communications: Answer incoming calls, screen visitors, and respond to inquiries regarding city services and departmental functions.
- Data Management: Perform accurate data entry into municipal databases and maintain organized physical and digital filing systems.
- Administrative Support: Prepare meeting agendas, take minutes, and assist senior staff with correspondence, reports, and presentations.
- Service Delivery: Process applications, permits, and forms efficiently while ensuring strict adherence to government compliance standards.
- Office Operations: Coordinate inter-departmental communications and assist with office supply inventory and logistics.
Qualifications
