Responsibilities
- Greet and Assist: Welcome visitors and direct them to the appropriate department or personnel in a professional and courteous manner.
- Document Management: Perform basic data entry, filing, and document organization to ensure accurate records management.
- Communication: Answer incoming phone calls, take accurate messages, and respond to general inquiries.
- Office Support: Maintain a clean and organized workspace, including restocking supplies and preparing meeting rooms.
- Project Assistance: Support senior staff with various administrative projects and special assignments as needed.
Qualifications
- Education: High school diploma or GED equivalent required.
- Computer Skills: Basic proficiency with computers and MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) is preferred.
- Communication: Strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to interact professionally with the public and staff.
