Responsibilities
- General Office Support: Perform a variety of clerical duties including filing, data entry, and photocopying documents accurately.
- Customer Service: Greet visitors and answer incoming phone calls to direct inquiries or take detailed messages.
- Record Management: Maintain and organize physical and electronic filing systems to ensure easy retrieval of records.
- Communication: Draft and proofread emails, memos, and reports for department supervisors.
- Inventory Control: Assist in tracking office supplies and equipment to ensure the department is well-stocked.
- Special Projects: Support the department with ad-hoc tasks and data analysis as assigned.
Qualifications
- Education: High School Diploma or GED equivalent required.
- Experience: None required. We provide on-the-job training.
- Skills: Basic proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) is preferred.
- Attributes: Strong attention to detail and the ability to follow written and verbal instructions.
