- Manage incoming mail, email, and telephone inquiries with professionalism and accuracy.
- Perform data entry and maintain accurate records in county databases and filing systems.
- Assist in the preparation of meeting agendas, minutes, and departmental reports.
- Coordinate inter-departmental communications and distribute information to staff.
- Support special projects and community outreach events as assigned.
- Ensure compliance with county policies, procedures, and safety regulations.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED required; Associate’s degree preferred.
- Basic computer literacy, including proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
