Responsibilities
- Perform general clerical duties including filing, data entry, and answering phones in a professional office environment.
- Greet visitors and provide basic information to the public and staff members.
- Assist in the preparation of correspondence, memos, reports, and other documents.
- Maintain accurate records and files in compliance with federal regulations.
- Support the administrative team with scheduling and coordination tasks.
- Utilize computer systems to input data and generate standard reports.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED equivalent required.
- Must be a U.S. Citizen or eligible for non-citizen federal employment.
- Basic computer literacy (Microsoft Office Suite experience is a plus but not mandatory).
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Ability to pass a background check and drug screen.
- Must be able to pass a federal medical examination if required.
