Responsibilities
- Receive and direct visitors, callers, and mail to appropriate staff members in a professional and courteous manner.
- Perform general clerical duties including data entry, filing, and photocopying of confidential documents.
- Answer, screen, and transfer incoming telephone calls to ensure efficient communication.
- Assist department staff with the preparation of reports, memos, and correspondence.
- Maintain and update accurate office records and databases using standard software.
- Support special projects and events as assigned by supervisors.
- Perform routine office supply inventory and reordering.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or General Equivalency Diploma (GED) required.
- Strong interpersonal and verbal communication skills.
- Basic computer proficiency, including Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
