Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional customer service to citizens and state employees via phone, email, and in-person.
- Assist with high-volume data entry, filing, and document management using state-approved software.
- Coordinate complex schedules and manage calendars for department supervisors.
- Prepare and process official correspondence, reports, and forms with high accuracy.
- Support various special projects and interdepartmental initiatives as assigned.
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace to ensure efficient workflow.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED required; Associate’s degree in Public Administration or Business preferred.
- Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
- Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills.
- Ability to pass a standard background check and drug screening.
