Responsibilities
- Manage and distribute incoming mail, faxes, and electronic communications efficiently.
- Perform high-volume data entry and maintain accurate digital and physical records.
- Provide exceptional front-line customer service to employees and the public.
- Assist in preparing meeting agendas, minutes, and travel arrangements.
- Update and organize departmental databases using modern office software.
- Support various internal projects by conducting research and compiling reports.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED equivalent required; Associate’s degree preferred.
- Basic computer literacy with proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Strong attention to detail with the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and adhere to state government protocols.
- Previous experience in an administrative or office setting is a plus but not required.
