Responsibilities
- Manage and organize departmental records, files, and correspondence with strict attention to confidentiality.
- Provide exceptional customer service to the public and internal stakeholders via phone, email, and in-person inquiries.
- Perform accurate and timely data entry into state databases and record-keeping systems.
