Responsibilities
- Analyze complex state legislation and regulatory impacts
- Develop evidence-based policy recommendations for state agencies
- Conduct quantitative/qualitative research on public sector issues

Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Public Administration, Political Science, or related field
- 3+ years experience in government or policy analysis
- Advanced knowledge of Illinois state government operations
- Proficient in data analysis tools (SPSS, Excel, R)
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple projects with competing deadlines
- Valid Illinois driver's license required
- Master's degree preferred
