Responsibilities
- Perform general clerical duties including filing, data entry, and photocopying documents.
- Greet visitors and provide accurate information regarding agency programs and services.
- Answer and screen incoming phone calls, emails, and correspondence in a professional manner.
- Maintain accurate and organized records in both physical and digital filing systems.
- Assist the administrative team with special projects, reports, and daily operations.

Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED equivalent required; Associate’s degree preferred.
