Responsibilities
- Process and manage veteran benefit applications with precision and confidentiality
- Maintain accurate electronic records using VA systems (VBA, VBMS)
- Provide exceptional customer service to veterans and their families

- Prepare routine correspondence and reports using Microsoft Office Suite

Qualifications
