Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional customer service to DMV visitors via in-person, phone, and digital channels
- Process driver's license applications, vehicle registrations, and title transactions
- Utilize specialized DMV software to input customer data and process payments
- Explain complex state regulations and procedures clearly to diverse clientele
- Maintain accurate records and documentation in compliance with state requirements
- Collaborate with team members to resolve customer inquiries efficiently
- Participate in ongoing training to stay updated on DMV policies and procedures
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED)
- Strong communication skills with ability to explain technical information simply
- Basic computer proficiency and comfort learning new software systems
- Ability to stand for extended periods and handle high-volume transactions
- Valid Arizona Driver's License (or ability to obtain within 30 days)
- Pass background check and drug screening
