Responsibilities
- Answer and direct incoming telephone calls and inquiries professionally.
- Manage and organize physical and electronic filing systems to ensure accurate record-keeping.
- Prepare and process incoming and outgoing mail, packages, and courier services.
- Assist senior staff with data entry, report generation, and scheduling.
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace in compliance with federal safety standards.
- Support the preparation of meeting materials and internal communications.
Qualifications
- Must be a U.S. Citizen (required for federal positions).
- High School Diploma or GED equivalent.
- Basic computer literacy, including proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
- Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills.
- Ability to pass a background check and drug screening.
