Responsibilities
- Manage and organize federal records and documents in accordance with established retention schedules.
- Provide high-quality customer service to federal employees and the general public via phone and in-person inquiries.
- Assist in the preparation of reports, correspondence, and presentations for agency leadership.

Qualifications
