Responsibilities
- Perform general clerical duties, including filing, photocopying, and data entry, to maintain organized office records.
- Answer incoming phone calls and route them to the appropriate department or personnel promptly.
- Prepare and organize documents for meetings, conferences, and official records retention.
- Assist senior staff with various administrative projects, research, and correspondence.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in the departmental database and filing system.
- Greet visitors and provide general information to the public or staff in a professional manner.
- Assist in the preparation of reports and memos as directed by management.
Qualifications
- Must be a U.S. Citizen to meet federal security requirements.
- High School Diploma or General Equivalency Diploma (GED) is required.
- Ability to pass a federal background investigation and drug screening.
- Basic computer proficiency and familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to follow instructions accurately.
