Responsibilities
- Perform general clerical duties including filing, data entry, and document processing.
- Manage incoming correspondence, emails, and phone calls with professionalism.
- Assist senior staff with scheduling appointments, preparing meeting materials, and travel arrangements.
- Maintain office supplies inventory and ensure the workspace is organized and tidy.
- Provide excellent customer service to agency visitors and internal stakeholders.
- Support the preparation of reports and presentations using Microsoft Office Suite.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED (equivalent experience will be considered).
- Basic computer literacy and proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Must be a U.S. Citizen and willing to undergo a background check and security clearance process.
