Responsibilities
- Receive and screen incoming calls and emails, forwarding urgent matters to senior staff.
- Manage and organize office records, including both physical and digital filing systems.
- Prepare and distribute memos, reports, and correspondence using various software applications.
- Assist in the coordination of office meetings and scheduling of federal appointments.
- Maintain accurate inventory of office supplies and requisition orders.
- Perform data entry tasks with a focus on accuracy and speed.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED is required; Bachelor's degree preferred.
- U.S. Citizenship is mandatory for federal employment.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
- Strong attention to detail and the ability to handle sensitive information confidentially.
