- Manage digital filing systems and document databases
- Coordinate communications with veterans and internal stakeholders
- Support data entry and reporting requirements
- Assist with compliance documentation and audits
- Participate in ongoing federal training programs
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams on veteran initiatives
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (Bachelor's preferred)
- U.S. citizenship and eligibility for federal clearance
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to pass background investigation
