Responsibilities
- Perform high-volume data entry and maintain accurate digital and physical filing systems.
- Answer and route incoming communications, including phone calls and emails, with professional courtesy.
- Assist with the preparation, review, and distribution of federal contracts and procurement documents.
- Support agency leadership with travel arrangements, meeting scheduling, and logistics coordination.
- Process Freedom of Information Act (FOIA) requests and maintain compliance records.
- Conduct research and compile reports using various government databases and internal tools.
- Maintain office supplies inventory and coordinate with vendors for service needs.
Qualifications
- Must be a U.S. Citizen.
- High School Diploma or equivalent (Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Public Administration or Business preferred).
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
- Strong attention to detail with the ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to pass a federal background investigation and obtain a Secret Security Clearance.
- No prior federal experience required; training will be provided for entry-level candidates.
