Responsibilities
- Manage and maintain complex federal records and filing systems in strict accordance with OMB Circular A-130 guidelines.
- Assist in the preparation, processing, and verification of travel vouchers, purchase orders, and inter-agency correspondence.
- Provide exceptional customer service to federal employees and the general public regarding departmental policies and procedures.
- Support the team with high-volume data entry, report generation, and the organization of meeting materials.
- Coordinate logistics for inter-departmental meetings and ensure strict compliance with federal safety and security protocols.
Qualifications
- U.S. Citizenship is required for this federal position.
- Minimum of 1 year of administrative experience in a government, military, or highly regulated environment.
- Ability to obtain and maintain a Public Trust Security Clearance.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) with advanced Excel skills preferred.
- Strong attention to detail and the ability to adhere to strict deadlines and compliance standards.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
