Responsibilities
- Process veteran benefit applications with accuracy and timeliness
- Manage electronic records and maintain confidential files
- Provide courteous support to veterans and their families via phone/email
- Coordinate scheduling for team meetings and appointments
- Assist with data entry and report generation using federal systems
- Participate in cross-functional projects and process improvement initiatives
Qualifications
- U.S. citizenship required
- High school diploma or equivalent (college degree preferred)
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Ability to pass a federal background investigation
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication abilities
- Basic knowledge of federal regulations (will be trained)
