Responsibilities
- Process and maintain confidential veteran benefit documentation with strict adherence to federal regulations
- Provide exceptional customer service to veterans and their families via phone, email, and in-person inquiries
- Utilize federal IT systems (e.g., VA-specific software) for data entry and case management
- Coordinate administrative tasks including scheduling, correspondence, and records management
- Support compliance with federal policies including HIPAA and records retention standards
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve veteran benefit inquiries
- Participate in ongoing training on federal procedures and systems
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (associate's degree preferred)
- US citizenship required
