Responsibilities
- Process and maintain confidential federal documentation with 100% accuracy
- Coordinate interdepartmental communications and scheduling across multiple agencies
- Support compliance with federal regulations (FAR, DFARS, and DoD directives)
- Manage digital records using federal systems (e.g., SharePoint, GSA Advantage)
- Assist with budget tracking and procurement documentation
- Prepare briefing materials and reports for senior leadership
- Support onboarding processes for new federal personnel
Qualifications
- Associate degree or 60+ college credits (Bachelor's preferred)
- U.S. citizenship and ability to obtain security clearance
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel)
- Experience with administrative systems (e.g., Adobe Acrobat, SharePoint)
