Responsibilities
- Process and maintain veteran benefit applications with precision and confidentiality
- Coordinate administrative tasks including scheduling, correspondence, and record-keeping
- Provide exceptional customer service to veterans and their families via phone and in-person
- Utilize VA systems for data entry, report generation, and document management
- Support office operations by managing supplies, equipment, and workflow optimization

Qualifications
- U.S. citizenship required (per federal employment regulations)
