Responsibilities
- Support daily office operations including scheduling, correspondence, and record management
- Assist with veteran benefit program coordination and documentation processing
- Manage office supplies inventory and procurement procedures
- Coordinate meetings and maintain digital filing systems
- Provide frontline support to veterans and their families via phone and in-person
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams on special projects
- Ensure compliance with federal regulations and agency policies
Qualifications
- U.S. citizenship (required for federal employment)
- Associate's degree or 2 years of relevant administrative experience
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel)
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail
- Excellent written and verbal communication abilities
- Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion
- Basic understanding of federal procurement processes preferred
- Pass required background investigation
