- Process and maintain confidential veteran benefit documentation with 99% accuracy
- Coordinate scheduling and correspondence across department teams
- Manage digital filing systems and ensure compliance with federal records retention policies
- Assist in onboarding new team members and training program coordination
- Support budget tracking and procurement documentation processes
- Generate routine reports using federal databases and Microsoft Office Suite
- Respond to internal inquiries within 24-hour SLA
Qualifications
- Associate's degree or equivalent combination of education/experience
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Ability to obtain and maintain federal security clearance
- Strong attention to detail and data accuracy standards
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
