Responsibilities
- Process and maintain confidential veteran benefit documentation in compliance with federal regulations
- Coordinate scheduling, correspondence, and office operations for department leadership
- Assist in data entry, record management, and reporting using federal systems (e.g., VISTA, VBMS)
- Respond to veteran inquiries via phone, email, and in-person with empathy and accuracy
- Support administrative processes including travel arrangements, procurement requests, and facility management
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless service delivery
Qualifications
- U.S. citizenship required
- High school diploma or equivalent (college degree preferred)
