Responsibilities
- Conduct research and data analysis to support federal policy initiatives and program evaluations.
- Prepare detailed reports, briefing documents, and presentations for senior government stakeholders.
- Assist in the coordination of inter-agency projects and facilitate communication between departments.
- Manage and organize confidential government records, ensuring strict adherence to compliance standards.
- Monitor legislative changes and provide timely updates to the team regarding new regulations.
- Support the training and onboarding of new federal personnel and interns.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Public Administration, Political Science, Communications, Business Administration, or a related field (or equivalent professional experience).
- U.S. Citizenship is required for this federal position.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to articulate complex concepts clearly.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
- Ability to obtain a Secret Security Clearance (background check required).
- Detail-oriented mindset with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
