Job Overview:
We are looking for detail-oriented individuals to support various federal agencies. You will be responsible for maintaining records, processing documents, and assisting with daily administrative operations to ensure the smooth functioning of government offices.
Responsibilities
- Perform general clerical duties including filing, data entry, and scanning documents.
- Maintain and organize physical and electronic records for federal agencies.
- Assist in the preparation of correspondence, reports, and presentations.
- Coordinate inter-departmental communications and schedule meetings.
- Process incoming and outgoing mail and distribute materials.
- Provide administrative support to federal supervisors and staff.
- Ensure compliance with government regulations and office protocols.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED equivalent required.
- U.S. Citizenship required for federal positions.
- Must be able to pass a background check and security clearance inquiry.
