Responsibilities
- Perform general office duties including data entry, filing, and answering high-volume telephone inquiries.
- Assist visitors and employees with navigating federal regulations and office procedures.
- Prepare and organize documents, correspondence, and reports for internal review.
- Maintain accurate records in accordance with federal compliance standards and privacy laws.
- Operate standard office equipment such as computers, printers, and scanners.

Qualifications
- Must be a U.S. Citizen (Federal law requires citizenship).
- High School Diploma or GED equivalent.
- Basic computer literacy and proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
