Responsibilities
- Perform general clerical and administrative duties to support office operations.
- Answer incoming phone calls and direct inquiries to the appropriate personnel.
- Greet visitors and provide general information regarding agency services.
- Prepare, compose, and mail routine correspondence and memos.
- Maintain accurate and organized filing systems for both physical and electronic documents.

Qualifications
- Must be a U.S. Citizen.
- Must be able to pass a standard background investigation and fingerprint check.
- High school diploma or General Equivalency Diploma (GED) is required.
- Basic computer literacy and typing skills (40 wpm minimum preferred).
