Responsibilities
- Perform general clerical duties including filing, data entry, and document preparation.
- Answer incoming phone calls and route them to the appropriate departments.
- Assist visitors with inquiries and direct them to the correct resources.
- Sort and distribute incoming mail and packages efficiently.
- Maintain and update accurate records and filing systems.
- Prepare routine correspondence and memos using Microsoft Office software.
- Support team members with administrative tasks to ensure smooth office operations.
Qualifications
- Must be a U.S. Citizen.
- High School Diploma or GED equivalent required.
- Ability to pass a federal background investigation and drug screening.
- Basic computer skills (proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite preferred).
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced office environment.
