Responsibilities
- Perform general clerical duties including filing, photocopying, and accurate data entry.
- Answer and direct phone calls and inquiries to the appropriate staff members professionally.
- Maintain accurate records and files in strict accordance with federal regulations.
- Assist senior staff with preparing reports, correspondence, and meeting materials.
- Sort and distribute incoming mail and packages efficiently.
- Operate standard office equipment and computer software (Microsoft Office Suite).
- Assist in the preparation of travel vouchers and expense reports.
Qualifications
- U.S. Citizenship is required for this position.
- High School Diploma or GED equivalent is mandatory.
- Ability to pass a mandatory background investigation and security clearance check.
- Basic computer proficiency and typing skills (30+ WPM).
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
