Responsibilities
- Perform high-volume data entry and document processing for federal agencies.
- Maintain accurate and organized filing systems for both physical and electronic records.
- Assist the public and federal staff with inquiries regarding documentation and procedures.
- Prepare, compile, and sort reports, invoices, and correspondence.
- Operate office machinery such as scanners, printers, and fax machines.
- Support administrative staff with daily office operations and scheduling.
Qualifications
- Education: High School Diploma or GED is required; Associate’s degree is a plus but not mandatory.
