Responsibilities
- Manage and distribute incoming federal correspondence and inquiries.
- Perform accurate data entry into secure government databases and filing systems.
- Assist administrative officers with scheduling meetings and preparing documents.
- Maintain organized physical and digital filing systems for sensitive records.
- Answer and direct multi-line telephone systems in a professional manner.
- Support government projects by conducting research and compiling reports.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED equivalent is required.
- Basic computer proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
- Ability to pass a standard background check and security clearance process.
