Responsibilities
- Process and maintain confidential veteran records using federal databases
- Assist veterans and their families with benefit inquiries via phone and in-person
- Prepare and distribute official correspondence following federal guidelines
- Support administrative tasks including scheduling, filing, and document management
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure accurate service delivery
- Participate in ongoing training to develop federal compliance knowledge
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED)
- U.S. citizenship required
- Ability to pass federal background check
- Basic computer proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite
