Responsibilities
- Perform general clerical duties, including filing, copying, and data entry, with a focus on accuracy and confidentiality.
- Assist in the preparation and organization of government reports and internal documents.
- Communicate effectively with internal staff and external stakeholders via phone and email.
- Maintain and update office databases and records in compliance with federal regulations.
- Screen and sort incoming mail and deliver packages to appropriate departments.
- Support management with ad-hoc administrative tasks to ensure smooth daily operations.
Qualifications
- Must be a U.S. Citizen.
- High School Diploma or GED equivalent required.
- Basic computer literacy (Microsoft Office Suite: Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Ability to pass a background investigation and drug screen.
- Valid driver's license may be required.
