Responsibilities
- Support Federal Operations: Assist in the day-to-day administrative functions of the regional office, ensuring smooth workflow and efficient service delivery.
- Data Management: Perform accurate data entry and maintain up-to-date digital and physical records in compliance with federal standards.
- Customer Assistance: Serve as the first point of contact for visitors and inquiries, providing clear information and directing requests to the appropriate departments.
- Compliance & Reporting: Help prepare routine reports and documentation required by federal regulations and agency guidelines.
- Office Coordination: Schedule appointments, manage meeting rooms, and coordinate logistics for team meetings and training sessions.
- Professional Development: Participate in mandatory onboarding and ongoing training programs to enhance technical and soft skills.
Qualifications
- Citizenship: U.S. Citizenship is required for this federal position.
- Education: High School Diploma or General Equivalency Diploma (GED) is required.
- Computer Skills: Basic proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and ability to learn federal software systems.
