Responsibilities
- Perform a variety of administrative and clerical duties to support federal office operations.
- Answer and screen incoming telephone calls and greet visitors in a professional manner.
- Process, verify, and maintain accurate records and documents using federal databases.
- Compose and prepare routine correspondence, memos, and reports.
- Assist in scheduling meetings and coordinating travel arrangements for agency staff.
- Support agency programs by conducting basic research and data entry tasks.
- Ensure compliance with federal regulations and agency policies.
Qualifications
- U.S. Citizenship: Must be a U.S. Citizen or National.
- Education: High School Diploma or General Equivalency Diploma (GED).
- Background Check: Must successfully complete a background investigation (SF-86) and drug screening.
- Computer Skills: Basic proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Communication: Strong written and verbal communication skills.
