Responsibilities
- Provide first-level technical support and troubleshooting for federal employees and internal systems.
- Assist in the configuration and maintenance of computer networks, hardware, and software.
- Monitor system performance and report technical issues to senior engineers.
- Support the deployment of new hardware and software solutions across the facility.
- Maintain accurate records of IT tickets, repairs, and system updates.

Qualifications
- Education: High School Diploma or GED required; Associate’s degree in IT, Computer Science, or a related field is a plus.
- Citizenship: Must be a United States Citizen.
- Background Check: Must be willing to undergo a federal background investigation (Secret Clearance preferred).
- Skills: Basic computer literacy and familiarity with Windows and Office Suite.
